 Originally from the Philippines, Cedy moved to Australia in 1999. She has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Management) and a variety of experience in administration and manufacturing companies. She speaks Filipino, Spanish and English.
Cedelina, Cedy for short, arrived in Victoria, Australia from the Philippines in 2000. She finished an Overseas Qualified Program (OQP) at AMES, Flagstaff to find a job relating to her overseas career in Business Administration. After volunteering at the VIRWC for almost two years, in November of 2004 she was hired for the Finance Officer position.
Cedy has a Certificate III in Aged Care from Melbourne University, Werribee Campus in Hoppers Lane, Hoppers Crossing, Victoria in December 2005 and she has completed a two months placement in Doutta Galla (Woornack) Facility in Sunshine.
At the moment, she works one day a week job as the Finance Officer for the VIRWC and volunteers one day a week at the OutWorks/SCOPE facility in Main Road West, St. Albans, Victoria caring for intellectually disabled clients and continues to receive training that will lead to more paid work in the future.
